Brett  Harrison, MD, FACS

Brett Harrison, MD specializes in general surgery with a particular interest in the management and treatment of breast cancer.

Dr. Harrison became interested in surgery because of the opportunity to treat and cure a variety of diseases and problems. Ever since childhood, he was mechanically inclined, building go karts and repairing bicycles and automobiles. Prior to studying medicine, Dr. Harrison earned a Master of Science degree in civil engineering from M.I.T. He views the ability to "repair" the human body as an extension of the skills that date back to his youth.

Dr. Harrison is board-certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. In addition, he is a former President of the Doylestown Hospital Medical Staff and has held leadership positions throughout the organization.
